Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.
- Billing and Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact info@maggie-whitfields.uk before sending any item back.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@maggie-whitfields.uk. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return process must be followed.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Maggie Whitfields harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your breach of these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to our internal resolution process by contacting info@maggie-whitfields.uk. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. This mediation shall take place in England and Wales.
Maggie Whitfields reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information without the requirement of posting a bond or other security.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises, after which such claims are permanently barred.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
